  • load pit equipment onto truck
12:15 pm chaperones report to MHS
12:30 pm
  • feel free to bring food for supper
  • have bibbers on following lunch
  • pack up equipment and load buses
12:45 pm leave MHS for Morton High School
3:00 pm
  • arrive at Morton High School
  • eat
  • to stadium to watch other bands
4:30 pm
  • back to the buses
  • unload equipment
  • dress in uniforms
5:00 pm meet band host
5:10 pm report to warm-up gym
5:15 pm begin warm-up
5:45 pm leave warm-up field
5:55 pm report to stadium gate
6:00 pm
  • on-field warm-up
  • field show performance
6:15 pm
  • performance concludes
  • back to buses
  • change out of uniforms
  • pack up equipment
7:00 pm back to stadium to watch remaining bands
7:15 pm watch Morton
7:30 pm awards ceremony
8:00 pm
  • board buses
  • leave for Macomb
10:30 pm
  • return to MHS
  • unload and store equipment
  • Remember: You play it, you carry it!
